I support people in healing using EMDR therapy, somatic practices and embodiment techniques that support you in getting to know yourself deeper and in feeling more stable overall beyond your past or traumatic history. I specialize in supporting people heal from gender and sexual trauma/abuse, no matter your social identity. I create a very safe, nurturing and non-judgmental space to access your authenticity and find balance in yourself and life. I do work with families as well.
