Feeling stuck in the heaviness of life stressors? Anxious? Need a little extra support healing from past experiences? Have a seat on our couch! We are a Mental Health & Wellness co-op made up of Licensed Mental Health & Allied Wellness Providers here to bring healing to life. We aim to assist clients in making changes that create a better sense of health, self, and wellbeing. Together we will help you develop the self-awareness, understanding, and coping strategies to support you feeling better equipped to take action, better resolve challenges, and construct a quality of life that is healthy, balanced, and authentically you. Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed, holistic, person-centered care, and offers safe space for exploration and self-discovery. Our collective is comprised of skilled and experienced providers whose aim is to help you heal and grow through life’s challenges.
