Hi, I’m Dr. Starlin Astacio, a licensed marriage and family therapist in Connecticut and New York, and a nationally recognized AAMFT-approved supervisor. With over a decade of experience in mental health, I’m here to support you—whether you’re looking to reconnect with yourself, strengthen relationships, or navigate personal growth. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families using a systemic, integrative approach. My primary framework is Internal Family Systems (IFS), but I also incorporate Structural Family Therapy, the Gottman Method, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed techniques to create a personalized experience that meets your unique needs. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and narratives that have shaped your life, uncovering what may be holding you back. My goal is to help you gain deeper awareness, transform unhelpful cycles, and create more balance—both internally and externally.
