Introduction

We work with clients located in CA and see clients both virtually and in person in Tustin, CA. In my practice we utilize Internal Family Systems, mindfulness and relational therapy. We are not a blank slate therapists. We will show up for you with empathy, acceptance and unconditional positive regard. We identify as a trauma informed, fat positive and LGBTQ+ affirming therapists. Our specialities are: Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Body Image, Emerging Adults and Life Transitions.
