Introduction
I am the founder of Studio B, an integrative psychology clinic specializing in utilizing movement and nutrition therapies along side psychological treatment to support whole person health and healing. I am a licensed clinical psychologist, licensed addiction counselor, certified personal trainer, and certified nutrition coach. My clinical practice seeks to capitalize on the positive impact of physical exercise on psychological health. I blend psychology with physical exercises for whole-person healing and utilize non-medical (Somatic, Behavioral, Cognitive, Social) approaches to mental and physical health issues.
