Choosing a therapist can be a frightening and overwhelming task. For therapy to be most effective, it is important to find someone you are able to connect with, feel comfortable to share, process and cope with life’s most challenging struggles. I have 10 years of experience working in the field of substance use and mental health. My specialties are addiction, trauma and grief, and co-occurring disorders. I have developed a system of therapeutic tools to process feelings, deal with trauma and build better self-esteem. Experienced in substance use assessments. I aim my clinical approach to meet you where you are at, while we cooperatively work together to maximize skills and learn how to manage life on life's terms. I utilize various therapeutic modalities in my practice. I apply Cognitive Behavioral, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic and Self-Compassion & Forgiveness Based Treatment.
