Introduction

I work with people who want help managing symptoms of depression and anxiety, panic and PTSD, bipolar disorder as well as those with general life stressors, such as grief, health challenges, career issues, biological or blended family stressors, partnering and marital issues, people pleasing, body image, and life transitions. Important issues that bring people to therapy, for example, could be feeling trapped by memories of a painful past, ruminating about current problems, struggling with negative self-talk and poor self-regard, or engaging in impulsive behavior that makes life messy and leads to feelings of regret, guilt, and shame. Together we work to improve your self-awareness, communication skills, resilience, and self-esteem to create your ability to thrive!
