Introduction
As a clinical social worker with over 20 years specializing in supporting individuals and couples as they heal from trauma and the difficulties life has for many of us. I work to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, healing and supportive space to process what's happened, establish goals, and move towards healing. Trained in a variety of evidence based therapeutic interventions allowing for the development of individual treatment plans based on your goals, wants and vision for your future. Plans which are revised as goals are reached and celebrated. I strongly believe in the healing power of laughter, song and dance so that's also what we'll do.
