My work with clients stems from the belief that you are the expert on your life, your innermost thoughts, feelings, and experiences and that my role is to assist you in increasing your awareness to how these factors influence your relationship to yourself, others, and your environments. I believe we are all stronger than we know. I believe that once we are provided with open, authentic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental support, we can more easily address and overcome the large and small challenges of life to become our most authentic and actualized selves. I specialize in working with adults to address and resolve challenges with anxiety, life transitions and adjustments, grief and loss, parenting, stress and time management, and relationship and communication issues. My goal is to work with you to promote increased self-awareness and insights, increased self-compassion and mindfulness, and improved coping to effectively manage life's challenges.
