Through walking alongside one another and collaborating in a shared goal to help create healing and positive change, we can create new patterns of relating and coping that allow for more flexibility and less distress. I use Interpersonal Process, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Informed practice, EMDR, and Existential-Humanistic Depth focused therapy to help my clients navigate their pain and trauma and create vitality and growth within their inner and outer lives.
