As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Employee Assistance Professional with over 20 years of experience, I am passionate about helping people find a healthy balance in all areas of their life. I pride myself on meeting people where they are and take a collaborative approach with my clients. I have a unique background that includes specialization in both workplace services and marital/family...the areas that can impact us the most! In addition to my therapeutic work, I spent many years in a leadership role in the corporate world. I feel this gives me better insight into the lives of my clients that are also trying to balance it all. I "get" the interconnectedness of emotional well being, relationship success, and workplace satisfaction. I want to help you find that balance and ultimately the personal contentment you deserve.
