Introduction

Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me! I invite you to head over to my main website for more in-depth information. You can find it at: www.therapyoutfitters.com I have over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field in various settings--including inpatient, outpatient, inner-city clinics, schools and private practice. I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety Disorders and ADHD. My passion for the field stems from my personal experience with it--overcoming a debilitating anxiety/panic disorder and accompanying depression. It was the scariest, most difficult time of my life.  However, I made a promise to myself that if one day I could overcome my debilitating anxiety, then I would help others to do the same. I approach every client uniquely and use an eclectic, person-centered, integrative, evidence-based model as well as the ACT model (looking deeply at how our thoughts influence our behaviors). We will set goals that will not only help you with what you are struggling with mentally but also aid you in reaching better health all-around. When ready, I will challenge you and help set weekly goals to work towards. Aside from the omnipresent stigma, the process for getting help can be overwhelming and exhausting, leaving one feeling frustrated and lonely. However, I also know how life-changing it can be to find the right help. You only get this one life and I am here to help you live it in your most authentic, fully expressed, ideal way. I look forward to connecting!
