Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has over 12 years of experience working with youth and families in a variety of communities. I specialize in working with youth and young adults ages 5 to 25 and their families as we navigate an ever changing world. With over a decade working within the K-12 educational system, I know firsthand the difficulties today's youth face each day and the challenge this can pose for parents and guardians. I have extensive experience in supporting youth and families with various challenges including building healthy relationship skills, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I enjoy supporting young people develop a sense of self as they navigate each stage of development.
