After experiencing a traumatic event are you feeling isolated with the overwhelming negative beliefs you hold about yourself and the world? Do you feel exhausted having to remain on guard and aware of your surroundings? If the answer is yes, then we should talk. I specialize in working with individuals who experience PTSD symptoms including exposure to workplace violence. I use an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a Relational-cultural theoretical approach which assists in decreasing unfavorable thoughts and beliefs contributing to symptoms while making space to explore the impact of chronic disconnection.I am trained and an active provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for individuals with PTSD. If you are suffering from symptoms of PTSD please reach out to me via email, phone, or text and I will respond back to you the same day Monday - Friday. I am honored to be apart of your journey and look forward to supporting you as you navigate healing.
