Welcome! I have been working in the field of mental health in various capacities for over 10 years. In 2018 I graduated from the University of Utah as a Master of Social Work and have been in clinical practice since that time. I also hold undergraduate degrees in Theatre and English Literature. Experiencing life with others and offering empathy and partnership when life has felt messy and uncertain is where I have found some of my greatest meaning and purpose. I am trained in many methodologies and use an integrative approach to care, combining evidence-based practices with a client-centered perspective to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and strive to create an environment where clients feel heard, understood, and seen. My practice is grounded in the power of connection - the kindling for growth and healing.
