Introduction

I am easy-going, kind, honest, and open during our sessions. I enjoy working with older teens and adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, panic attacks, postpartum issues, OCD, borderline personality disorder, and mood disorders. I assist individuals dealing with both mild and severe issues, as well as those facing stressors or life changes. I use various treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, Family Systems, and Mindfulness. Additionally, I am a reiki master practitioner and believe reiki can be a valuable tool for healing the mind, body, and spirit. The main goal of reiki is to reduce stress and promote healing by balancing energy levels in the body, enhancing overall well-being and self-healing.
