Introduction

I specialize in helping children birth to 17 heal from trauma, life transitions, anxiety and depression. Part of helping children heal from trauma means also providing their caregivers with support, encouragement and strategies in order to confidently help their child navigate whatever life brings. Clients and their families describe my approach as warm, approachable, non-judgmental and playful! My goal is to help you and your child grow and flourish together.
