Introduction

My name is Staci Carlton, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and proud owner of Austin Therapy Wise. I am an interactive therapist that focuses on coaching lasting change for when you are ready for that life shift. Clients who work well with me have already achieved success in their lives but they still feel like they are falling short. Self help, behavior changes and external success only get us 80% of the way. I am the therapist that specializes in that final 20% - integration, wholeness, and realized peace. My process with you will consist of identifying your goals, evaluating the historic and present barriers to achievement and finding your new ways of living. Along the way, discovering narratives that are holding you back, pulling them from the roots of your psychology and freeing you from their influence. Let me be even more clear - I am the therapist that does the DEEP work. I love helping people live more emotionally CLEAN, MINIMAL and BALANCED. I have been practicing for 15 years. My career started in Boston, MA where I was educated and trained by remarkable minds in the psychology field. Because of the quality of my education and training, I have a high standard of care. I handle my clients with unwavering ethics and exceptional respect - YOU are the EXPERT of your life. ____________________________ ✴ Frequently Asked Questions ✴ Q: What is your availability? A: I see clients Tuesday thru Friday, between 9a-3p. On occasion, I am able to offer other times to existing clients. ✴ Q: Who do you provide services to? A: My practice focuses on adults, couples (in any configuration), families and business coaching. ✴ Q: How do I get started? A: We will begin with a free 15 minute phone consultation where we will be able to see if we are a good fit for each other. ✴ Q: How often will we meet? A: This depends on the person, but on average, most people start weekly then go to every other week once we have a strategy for change. ✴ Q: How long does therapy last? A: This also depends on the client's needs. I have clients who I have been working with for 8+ years and our therapy is part of their mental hygiene but other clients may only need a year of work to get the results they are looking for. ✴ Q: Do you accept insurance? A: No. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with the proper documents to get partial reimbursement from your insurance company. ____________________________ ◆ Education ◆ (Boston Strong & Austin Weird!) ▸ William James College Boston, MA MA Counseling Psychology ▸ Texas State University San Marcos, TX BS Psychology ✴ Licensure State of Texas # 73521
