I'm so glad you're here. I'm Stacey Williamson Nichols, LMSW, CAADC, and I’m passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges and find lasting healing. With over 20 years of experience and EMDR certification, I offer a supportive, affirming space where you can feel safe, seen, and empowered. I strive to make therapy a positive, meaningful experience. Whether you're working through trauma, anxiety, depression, or substance use, my approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based care. I’m also a neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ allied therapist, committed to honoring your unique identity and experiences. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy reading, late-night dance parties with my family, time with friends, and the occasional video game—joy and connection are important parts of my life, and I hope to help you rediscover yours.
