Introduction

I work from a prevention and strength-based perspective and rely on a broad range of techniques which include cognitive and behavioral interventions. As a psychologist, I bring a certain expertise to our collaboration while you bring self-knowledge, the ability to learn from your life experiences, and a vision of what you want your life to be. I specialize in individual therapy including women, those in the helping professions, college students, fellow therapists, military and Telehealth. Formal diagnosis and evaluation services offered include: cognitive evaluations, behavioral evaluations, emotional evaluations, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations. Certified in the ADOS-2 (gold standard for ASD formal diagnosis and testing).
