Introduction

"I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out - plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for." Jeremiah 29:11 MSG Mental health can irritate and even devastate your life. Trauma, anxiety, and depression can result in symptoms and develop behaviors that turn your world upside down. I am here to help you to identify your issues and the solutions for your specific concerns. I believe that the empathetic, respectful, and non-judgmental nature of the therapeutic relationship fosters hope, healing, and lasting wellness for clients who entrust me with their care.
