Our mission at Back to You Counseling is to assist you along your journey to mental wellness. Counseling provides an opportunity to process thoughts and feelings with a professional focused entirely on you achieving your goals. I am Stacey D. Armstrong, licensed professional counselor in Missouri and California. I have for over 9 years of experience and in private practice for 4. I have a lived experience as a single mother and having rheumatoid arthritis. My approach is simple; it's about you being a better you and you getting back to you.
