I am passionate about helping my clients improve their relationships & tackle their hardest issues in an authentic, hopeful, & non-judgemental space. For me, therapy is all about creating a space where you can be your most authentic self. If you’re being authentic, we will be able to more quickly and efficiently address your specific wants and needs. It is important to me that our time together makes you feel heard, validated, and inspired to work toward your goals. I truly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, no matter what issue you want to tackle. I pride myself on my authenticity, and my clients say that I am warm, approachable, relatable, and real. My unique skill set is in helping to instill hope in my clients while they do hard things, build healthy habits, and strengthen and improve their relationships. I am particularly passionate about EMDR, and have seen dramatic, life-changing results in my clients through the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), especially if you are struggling with traumatic experiences of any kind.
