I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, social anxiety, parenting skills, lack of motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. I have extensive experience in community mental health meeting individuals and families in their homes. This experience has taught me how to truly meet individuals where they are and be creative in meeting the needs of those seeking change and support.
