Introduction

We all want to love, be loved, do something meaningful, and have purpose in our lives, yet all too often prior relationships and life experiences have left us with coping skills that are unhealthy, ineffective, or just downright baffling. Those we work with often find that they have difficulty with relationships, struggle to relax, and wish they were in more control of their lives. My team and I specialize in working with adults who have experienced childhood emotional neglect to relax their nervous system, better regulate their emotions, and develop healthier relationships. Many of our therapists are LGBTQIA+ and offer support for clients who are exploring their identity or are ready to transition. They are well versed in non-traditional relationships, such as polyamory. As a practice we are pro-neurodivergence and have therapists on staff with both autism and ADHD. We focus on helping neurodivergent individuals be their most authentic selves by building a life that both meets their needs and celebrates their strengths. We are also experienced in working with coexisting conditions such as dissociative identity disorder (DID) and disordered eating. We use a trauma informed and culturally sensitive practices and believe in an intuitive eating/HAES approach. Spotted Rabbit is not your average therapy office. We are a team of art therapists who are trained in both traditional psychotherapy as well as the use of creative arts. Art making can be used as an effective way to cope with intense emotions as well as a way to gain insight, and/or practice emotional healing. We are so excited that you are taking the first step toward emotional wellness! I hope you reach out to get to know more about how we can help.
