Introduction

As a licensed psychotherapist, I am committed to creating a warm, inclusive, and compassionate environment where you are supported in becoming your best self. I work primarily with individuals, couples, and families seeking support regarding issues related to prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum periods, this may include: facing challenges related to life transitions, relational challenges, trauma, pregnancy, birth, the postpartum period, infertility, reproductive losses and the early years of parenting. I also work with those who have relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, and highly sensitive and/or empathetic persons. I specialize in perinatal mental health and Highly Sensitive/Empathetic Persons. I have specialized training in Compassion-focused therapy (CFT) which aims to help those who struggle with shame and self-criticism. Additional treatment approaches may include: IFS, mindfulness, humanistic, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Attachment and trauma-informed.
