I have been dedicated to working with the geriatric population in recent years, and I am pleased to offer services in Spanish. As a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health my approach to therapy is centered around the individual, utilizing a client-centered framework alongside cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques. As a Certified Addiction counselor and clinical trauma specialist, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their struggles and uncover their strengths. I have dedicated my career to working with diverse populations, including those with autism, Down syndrome, and attention deficit disorders. My goal is to empower clients with the tools they need to achieve their personal aspirations and enhance their overall well-being. We have an extraordinary team ready to provide exceptional services. Our team includes licensed mental health providers as well as pre-licensed professionals. Additionally, we offer bilingual services in both English and Spanish.
