Many folks believe the lies from depression and anxiety, that this is going to go on forever. Depression’s favorite lies are that you'll never be happy again, you don't remember what it feels like to be happy, and you're going to feel this way forever. That's actually not true. You don’t have to settle and just “cope” with your problems. Your “crazy” is not irredeemable, and your problems are not impossible to solve. Sophia Dykstra (Sophia De Land) has been in practice since 2009 and has been described as down to earth and having a "real" style. Her practice is focused on people and families being genuinely happy together. She passionately helps couples and families facing addiction, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and general communication problems.
