Hi, I’m Sophia! First, kudos to you for having the courage to seek help for your mental health (MH)! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, and Certified Clinical Supervisor in the state of North Carolina. I have 10 years of experience working in the substance abuse (SA) field. While working with the substance use population, I’ve gained experience in providing direct care addressing both SA and MH, as well as providing clinical supervision. What I’ve learned while working with my clients over the years is that boundaries are everything and often contribute to emotional challenges. So, my focus will be to help you identify boundary mistakes that lead to instability and unhealthy habits. We’ll work together to identify healthy boundaries and how to communicate them effectively.
