Introduction

In my role as a clinical mental health therapist, I support individual adults in embracing their struggles as a tool to promote personal growth, emotional well-being, and self-compassion. I am a strong therapeutic fit for those seeking to feel an increased sense of purpose, meaning, and value in their daily lives. My ultimate hope as a therapist is that my clients feel a renewed ability to actively live the life they want and deserve. I utilize core values, self-reflection, and mindfulness tools to increase your ability to feel present-focused and accepting of all thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together we will work on developing your coping strategies so that you can feel both present, fulfilled, and resilient in everyday life. In session we will explore the different aspects of yourself and the world around you as I deeply believe you are more than the mental health symptoms or diagnosis which has brought you into the counseling space. As I understand how you view yourself and the world around you I can guide you to build your sense of resiliency and empowerment.
