Welcome! I am a clinical social worker with a passion for supporting people as they increase self awareness and tap into their own ability to heal themselves. I’ve worked with all kinds of people managing many different challenges. I specialize in trauma, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. My approach is client-centered, strengths- and mindfulness-based and I lean heavily on EMDR. You are the expert of your life, and my job is to witness your process and offer guidance. Building self-compassion and acceptance are key components to recovery and wellness, and I will work with you to nurture these practices. I do have openings currently for people wanting to explore their trauma history via EMDR. I offer both weekly 50 minute sessions, and monthly intensives.
