I’ve worked with all kinds of people managing many different challenges. I specialize in trauma, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. My approach is client-centered, strengths- and mindfulness-based. You are the expert of your life, and my job is to witness your process and offer guidance. Building self-compassion and acceptance are key components to recovery and wellness, and I will work with you to nurture these practices.
