I treat diverse populations and creatively engage clients beyond talk therapy through role-play, art therapy, games, and meditation for experiential change in the now. I believe that knowing and accepting oneself fully, unconditionally and without judgement is the key to meaningful resolution of psychic pain. I abundantly offer my clients understanding, appreciation, warmth, humor, and complete acceptance as we do this important work. My clients then experience increased courage, self-worth, and optimism.
