Introduction
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate their emotional journeys and life transitions. If your child or teen is struggling to navigate life's challenges, know that you're not alone. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth. Whether they are coping with the effects of trauma, facing difficulties at school, struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, behavioral challenges, or many of the life transitions we go through, I offer a safe and supportive space where we can explore your emotions and find the strength within you and your child to overcome obstacles. You and/or your family will have the opportunity to grow, improve relationships, explore and express feelings, and increase understanding and awareness about behaviors and emotions. Every individual's journey is unique, and I honor this by using various modalities in my practice. I specialize in play therapy and use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, guiding my clients through challenges in a safe, nurturing environment. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, working with both children and adults to heal trauma, anxiety, and depression and foster resilience. I am committed to providing compassionate, personalized care and helping clients of all ages achieve emotional well-being and growth.
