Therapy is a space for you to immerse yourself into your own life, your relationships, and goals through self-reflection and gaining self-awareness. My approach is dynamic and based on my client’s unique strengths and needs. I pull from client-centered, solution-focused, and narrative therapies that are grounded in empathy, social justice, and culturally responsible care.
