I will be present with you as we explore and reflect on your past and present experiences, including the obstacles and questions shaping your life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity concerns, relationship patterns, or a sense of being stuck, our work can support your growth and healing. As a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience, I’ve trained and worked across a range of clinical settings—including inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, residential addiction treatment at the VA, private hospitals, community mental health clinics, and university counseling centers. I bring a broad and integrative perspective to therapy, drawing from extensive clinical training and diverse real-world experience. I’m also in the final stages of completing my doctorate in counseling psychology. I feel honored to have worked with individuals from many walks of life, across geographic regions, socioeconomic realities, racial and ethnocultural identities, and lived experiences. My approach is relational and psychodynamic, grounded in empathy and connection, and informed by multicultural awareness and a commitment to social justice. If you’re considering therapy, I’d be glad to connect for a brief consultation to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
