Hello! I believe all people have inherent worth and value and that each individual has the capacity to change, learn, and grow. Through personal and professional experiences, I developed a passion and desire to journey alongside teens and adults struggling with identity issues, relational brokenness, grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. My most recent experiences include providing compassionate care to adults in a residential setting for eating disorder treatment and currently working at a private practice where I provide counseling services to individuals and couples. I value a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to counseling and believe in treating the whole person (mind, body, spirit). I am passionate about integrating Christian faith and prayer into treatment when desired and draw from different evidence-based methods depending on your needs and personal goals. Many people often feel overwhelmed and nervous when first engaging in a counseling relationship. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you are empowered to move at your own pace and know that you are not alone.
