Whether you are seeking therapy to address a specific concern or simply to engage in a personal exploration, the therapeutic process can help increase self-awareness, process trauma, improve your relationships with others and with yourself, identify healthier coping skills, and improve your overall well-being. I offer a person-centered, integrative approach using traditional talk therapy, experiential practices, mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing practices, and body-centered approaches to address the connection of mind and body. My style is warm, interactive and collaborative and I strive to provide a compassionate, supportive space where healing and growth can take place.
