It is my belief that simple-to-learn tools including mindfulness, acceptance, and compassion are the building blocks of good mental health and fulfilling relationships. I am trauma trained and informed. I offer a combination of holistic therapies specially chosen for you to help you identify and meet your goals. Tools to find your path, strengthen boundaries and effective communication of your needs, increase confidence, and feel more positive emotions. I'm also trained in healing the mind by reconnecting with the body through the use of movement. I would love to help you develop the tools you need on your journey by listening, understanding, and teaching you to skillfully navigate and respond to your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviors.
