Introduction

I’m an Integrative Somatic Psychotherapist. Meaning, I fuse a variety of therapeutic models to fit the needs of the individual client. My sessions draw heavily on Somatics, Internal Family Systems and Psychodynamic theories. I am committed to helping emerging professionals learn how to regulate their distress, resolve their pain, and enjoy life and relationships again. My work focuses on addressing the impacts of chronic stress often manifesting as anxiety, negative self talk, difficulty in relationships, disconnection from the body and emotions, and self-defeating patterns of insecurity or self-blame. I believe in deep therapeutic work to address the root causes of suffering in order to experience long-lasting change. Not just changing our thoughts. Rewiring our brains. True cycle breaking. I’m passionate about neurodivergent and gender affirming care for all folks, supporting people with late-in-life diagnoses and realizations, and am interested in working with motivated, self-reflective, curious clients who want more than traditional talk therapy. If you’re interested in working together, please send an appointment request.
