Through an alliance of trust and collaboration, we will work together to understand the meanings of symptoms, to get "un-stuck," and to rediscover your capacity to make the choices that are right for you I work primarily with adolescents, young adults & adults experiencing a wide range of concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral/emotional disturbance, relationship/family dilemmas, and life transitions. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and utilize psychodynamic and solution-focused therapeutic modalities. I recognize that it takes a lot of courage to take the first step towards making changes in your life, and I want you to know that I will be by your side to support and empower you throughout your journey.
