Meet our Therapists: Acacia Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Simple Soul Counseling Services, with over 14 years' experience as a psychotherapist. She graduated from Harding University with her Master's in Counseling in 2008, and Education Specialist Degree in 2009. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Counseling Education and Supervision through Walden University. Acacia is an educator and advocate at heart, and has additional certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and Seed Digging Professional Training (SD-P). She specializes in working with anxiety disorders and victims of trauma and relationship abuse. She is dedicated to helping clients heal from trauma experiences, learn to set healthy boundaries in their lives, and cope with the symptoms of trauma. She also has additional training and experience in ADHD testing and helping clients and their families in managing the symptoms of ADHD. Acacia is offering in-person therapy sessions at the Harrison clinic. Robert Yerton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 20 years’ experience in the mental health field. Robert is the founder of Creekside Counselling and Therapeutic Services. Robert has many life experiences, and served in our military as a marine. He is a personable, down to earth therapist, who uses a dynamic skill set to help free clients from painful memories and experiences, and rewrite their stories. He believes in treating clients from a holistic body and mind approach to help them work through trauma and overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, and others. He has specializations in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TFCBT). He also has additional experience and training in working with autism spectrum disorders, military personnel, veterans, people with disabilities, law enforcement, and first responders. Robert is seeing clients in-person and via telehealth at our Harrison clinic. Holly Duck is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with over 11 years of experience as a psychotherapist. She vividly remembers the challenges that come with navigating the teenage and young adult years, and specializes in working with this population to provide a safe space for them to work through anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. She has special certifications in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and Seed Digging Professional Training (SD-P). She has additional training in working with victims of sexual abuse and is a certified Sexual Assault Advocate. Holly has amazing interpersonal skills and is a fantastic mediator. She cares about her clients, and builds a supportive relationship with them to help them along their healing journey. Holly is seeing clients in-person out of our Harrison clinic. Teresa Collett is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 18 years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her Masters of Social Work from University of Arkansas Little Rock in 2007. She specializes in working with children and adolescents (but also loves working with adults!) and she has additional training and certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and Technology-Assisted Counseling (telehealth). She has worked with many children and their families across the state, and is well versed in diagnosing and treating many emotional and behavioral issues with this population. Teresa is friendly and warm. She creates a non-judgmental, empathetic, and inviting space for clients to share their stories and identify ways to overcome trauma, and learn ways to manage and cope with emotions and challenges they face. Teresa is offering telehealth sessions, and has evening appointments available. Paula Stapleton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the field of mental health for the past 27 years. She is the founder of Inquisitive Counseling, LLC. She has worked with clients in diverse settings including substance abuse, veterans’ services, and day treatment for adults and children; in addition to focusing on women’s issues of sexual assault and domestic violence. She has been able to incorporate all of these experiences into a practice scope that is very individualized and unique. Her primary interventions styles and skills include trauma work, mindfulness, DBT, CBT and EMDR. She has a holistic approach to therapy, using a collaborative process to establish meaningful goals from a strengths perspective. Andrea Wolfe is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the medical and mental health field for the past 10 years. She is very skilled in working with children and families in crisis situations, and has extensive experience in effectively remediating complex situations. She has special certifications in trauma, treating PTSD, and working with children and adolescents who are struggling with behavioral disorders. Andrea also has several years experience in working with diverse populations, and has additional training in cultural awareness and competency. She is currently offering telehealth and in person services in our Harrison clinic. Kristin Beightol is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Resilient Roots Therapy and Wellness, LLC. She is a seasoned therapist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked in a variety of therapeutic settings, including school-based mental health programs, transitional day treatment centers, and outpatient clinics. Kristin is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals across the lifespan, from children as young as six to older adults. Kristin specializes in helping clients navigate challenges such as mood disorders, personality disorders, behavioral issues, and acute and complex trauma. Her extensive experience includes working with survivors of domestic violence, the geriatric population, and children in school-based therapy services. Kristin is deeply committed to empowering her clients to overcome life’s obstacles and cultivate resilience and fulfillment. She holds advanced certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). In addition, Kristin incorporates client-centered therapy into her work and is completing training in Brainspotting by the end of the year. These evidence-based modalities enable her to effectively address PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other complex mental health concerns through an individualized approach. Beyond her clinical work, Kristin has served as a Clinical Supervisor, mentoring and supporting other mental health professionals as they grow in their practice. Sara Evatt is a Licensed Professional Counselor and graduate of Missouri State University, holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on trauma. She is nationally rostered in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). Additionally, Sara is certified as a Child-Parent Psychotherapist (CPP) and provides evidence-based treatments for both adults and children. In her private office, Sara creates a relaxed and comfortable environment that fosters open communication and healing. Her approach emphasizes creating a safe space for clients to explore their experiences and work. Sara is trained in Trauma-Informed Care, which allows her to take a specialized approach for each individual. Sara has experience working with all types of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Sara sees clients in person out of our Harrison clinic. Christina Hull, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Thrive Within Therapy Services, LLC has 7 years experience in the mental health field. With a deeply personal understanding of resilience, Christina approaches therapy through a compassionate and holistic lens. Shaped by her own experiences with complex trauma, substance use recovery, and managing chronic health conditions, she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her practice. Since beginning her career in 2017, Christina has worked across diverse roles, starting as a Behavioral Health Technician in rural Arkansas, where she supported at-risk students in Therapeutic Day Treatment. After earning her MSW in 2020, she provided school-based therapy, focusing on students' emotional and behavioral needs. Now a remote Outpatient Therapist and Clinical Provider Supervisor in Missouri, she specializes in Trauma and Complex PTSD, Chronic Health Conditions and Pain, Women’s Health and Wellness, and Emotional and Relational Well-Being. A certified EMDR, DBT, and ACT practitioner, she incorporates evidence-based methods to foster healing and growth. As Supervisor of the Trauma Service Line, Christina is dedicated to enhancing trauma-focused care strategies and mentoring fellow clinicians, ensuring exceptional support for rural communities. She invites clients to embark on their healing journey, offering empathy, understanding, and tailored guidance every step of the way. Christina is currently offering telehealth appointments for Arkansas clients. Meet our Doctor: Dr. Saadia Haneef is a Psychiatrist who specializes in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, and has been practicing in Northwest Arkansas since 2011. After completing Kindergarten through Medical School in Florida, Dr. Haneef was ready to explore new horizons. She completed her Psychiatry Residency and her Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in North Carolina. Soon thereafter, her husband’s job helped her discover Northwest Arkansas, which they have found to be a great place to raise a family and call home. Dr. Haneef believes prioritizing your mental health is key in helping you attain your best overall health and quality of life. She is looking forward to providing you or your family member the thorough, compassionate care she would want for her family members.
