Introduction

Ten years ago my family and I moved from Canada to Austin. Although, it was an exciting new opportunity it was a challenge as well. All the transitions ignited a drive to pursue my counseling here in Texas. I want to share my passion with you and I look forward to growing with you on your journey to hope and healing. I am an attachment based therapist that specializes in struggles with eating disorders, relational difficulties and much more.
