Introduction

I’m a mental health counselor committed to empowering my clients to overcome their most challenging obstacles and to start living happier and healthier lifestyles. I have a broad and diverse experience working with children, teens, and adults. I have helped clients dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, and sexual trauma. I’m passionate about creating safe spaces for women and girls to expoler, heal, and recreate their stories.
