Introduction

I’m a queer, nonbinary, Colombian-American therapist dedicated to trauma-informed and anti-oppressive care. Cultural humility is the cornerstone of my practice values. I aim to create a warm, compassionate, and affirming container for my clients. I focus on queer, trans, BIPOC, sexual trauma survivor, SW, creative, & neurodivergent populations. My background in herbalism, meditation, and queer nightlife inform my eclectic therapeutic approach. I draw from mindfulness, somatics, sex therapy, harm reduction, psychedelic integration, and KAP. Healing isn’t linear—self-compassion and attuning to our inner wisdom is ongoing, especially in a relentlessly painful and uncertain world. I’m honored to accompany my clients along this windy and bumpy path towards healing and transformation.
