Introduction

I draw from a wide range of experience and modalities to help my clients break free from the debilitating and often overwhelming effects of trauma. My work is primarily with adults who have experienced trauma, significant loss, anxiety, depression and PTSD. I specialize in EMDR therapy. Each session is 50 minutes, ending promptly at ten minutes before the hour. Whatever you are facing, now is the time to take that first step toward mental and emotional wholeness. It would be my privilege to be a part of your journey toward the change you want.
