Very few of us grew up learning to take care of our mental health in the same way we take care of our physical health. While it isn’t always given the same amount of care and attention, our mental health is just as important to maintain. If you’re looking to better understand your inner world, deepen your interpersonal relationships, or foster a more positive relationship with yourself, I will gladly work towards your goals with you. A positive therapeutic relationship is important in helping create effective change. You have to trust your therapist to show up for you in a non-judgmental way.
