Hi, I'm Sierra! I graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University with my Masters of Arts in Counseling. I am passionate about making therapy a normal accessible tool for absolutely anyone. Seeking counseling is an incredibly difficult yet often essential first step to making the changes necessary to have the life you want. My goal is to support and guide clients as they seek to better themselves, learn healthy ways to cope with life's difficulties, gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors, and overcome past pain and suffering by creating corrective connections.
