"A part of me knows I need to move forward, but another part feels frozen, like I just can’t let go.” Perhaps you've had this same thought before... I know I have. All of these parts of you have a story to tell, and therapy is a space where we can get curious about them; without judgment, without trying to push anything away. I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) associate marriage and family therapist, and I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them reconnect with themselves and break free from what’s holding them back. My approach is a mix of cognitive, experiential, and creative. For those who find meaning in exploring emotions beyond just words, I bring in EMDR, creative expression, astrology, tarot, and body-centered awareness. I invite you to step into this space with curiosity, where we can become acquainted with all the various parts of you, the good, the bad, and the messy, and learn how they can work together rather than against each other. Together, we will find a way forward that feels right.
