Introduction

I have experience treating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. Whether working through emotional struggles, family dynamics, or stressors related to work, school, or relationships, I tailor my therapeutic approaches to meet each client's unique needs. My methods include child-centered play therapy, child-parent relation therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), among others. As a counselor with an MS in Counseling from JBU, with an emphasis on play therapy, I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. My professional experience spans school-based settings and work with a diverse range of clients, allowing me to develop a broad skill set in addressing a wide variety of concerns. My approach centers on meeting clients where they are and offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space for healing. I believe in building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, empathy, and collaboration, helping clients find the tools to heal, grow, and thrive. I look forward to walking alongside my clients as they work toward their goals.
